Meet Tasha Gray
Tasha G. is a loving mother of two and living with stage 4 uterine cancer. When Tasha first started receiving meals from Food & Friends, not only had she just been diagnosed with an advanced illness, but also her beloved grandmother had recently passed away. Her children kept asking her, "Are you going to die?" During this difficult time, it was comforting for her to know that her children would have delicious meals from Food & Friends and eased her stress considerably not to have to cook. Having nutritious meals from Food & Friends "helped me out a great deal and put a smile on the kids' faces to have something. I really appreciate it, it helped me out a lot."
