chef's best dinner & auction presented by ing is Food & Friends' signature fundraiser. On Monday, June 14th, more than 1,300 guests enjoyed tastings from 60 of the region's brightest culinary stars while raising hundreds of thousands of dollars to support children and adults facing HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-challenging illnesses. In addition to a menu filled with one-of-a-kind delights, live and silent auctions featured travel opportunities and other adventures not to be missed.

VIP Reception for Sponsors & Special Guests begins at 5:30pm
Main Doors Open at 6:30pm

Is there Parking?

Parking is limited at, and near, this event.  We strongly suggest using alternate forms of transportation. The Hilton Washington is just a few blocks north of the Dupont Circle North Metro exit. Limited parking is available, for a fee, at the Universal South Parking Garage.  The garage entrance is located on Florida between Connecticut Avenue & T Street, NW.

What is the Dress Code? 

Most guests arrive straight from work so professional or business casual attire is recommended.

Will my tickets arrive in the mail? 

NO.  All tickets can be picked up at Will Call on June 14th.  Will Call will open at 5:00pm in the T Street Lobby of the Hotel.

Is a portion of my ticket tax deductible? 

YES.  You can deduct the cost of your ticket minus $50 per ticket. (If you are purchasing a $250 ticket, $200 is tax deductible.) 

Will I receive a tax letter?

YES.  You will receive a tax letter in the mail for all purchases, donations, and sponsorships made either at the event or prior to the event near the end of June / beginning of July.
